Full trail on every order
How an order reaches you
A clinic chooses you. The order arrives already screened.
Pharity does not assign prescriptions. A clinic selects from the partners licensed in its patient's state, and nothing moves until the prescriber signs.
The clinic selects a pharmacy
Your listing carries the states you are licensed in and what you compound. Clinics choose from the partners that match.
The prescriber signs
Exclusion and license checks have already run. The clinic's card on file is charged at signature.
The order lands in your queue
It arrives with the prescription, the shipping address and the signature record attached. You accept it, or decline it.
What arrives with every order
- Prescriber name, NPI and license state
- Compound, strength, quantity and directions
- Patient shipping address and contact
- Clinic of record
- Signature timestamp and audit reference
- Payment status at the moment of routing
What stays yours to set
- The states you accept orders from
- The preparations you list
- Your price for every preparation
- Your turnaround and cut-off times
- Capacity: pause and resume intake
- Acceptance or refusal of any individual order
Settlement
The money moves to your account, not ours.
The clinic's card on file is charged when the prescriber signs, and the funds for the preparation settle to your own Stripe account.
- You are the merchant of record. The card-network relationship, and responsibility for the dispensed preparation, stay with the pharmacy.
- Your price is your price. Pharity's platform fee is a separate line, never folded into the preparation.
- Nothing is held in the middle. Settlement runs to your own connected account, not through a Pharity balance.
Sample record. Names, order reference and patient initials are illustrative.
Eligibility and screening
Screening runs on both sides of the network.
It is why a clinic can trust the order it sends you, and why you can trust the prescriber who signed it.
Licensure, state by state
Your license is recorded per state. Routing offers you only to clinics whose patient sits in a state you can ship to.
Exclusion screening
Prescribers and partner pharmacies are screened against federal exclusion lists at onboarding, then on a schedule.
Prescriber license status
NPI and license status are checked before a prescription can be signed, then re-checked while the prescriber stays active.
An audit trail you can export
Every state transition is timestamped and attributable. You can produce the full history of any order you filled.
What we ask for at onboarding
Nothing unusual, and nothing you would not already hold. We verify it once, then keep it current with you.
- A pharmacy license for each state you ship to
- 503A registration and current inspection status
- DEA registration where it applies to your catalog
- A certificate of insurance
- A Stripe account to settle into
