Terms of Use
Last updated 26 August 2026.
These terms cover your use of pharity.com and, where you have been granted access, the Pharity platform.
What Pharity is, and is not
Pharity Health LLC provides technology and administrative services. Pharity coordinates intake, e-prescribing, pharmacy routing, settlement, order tracking, screening and the audit trail between clinics and licensed 503A compounding pharmacies.
Pharity does not prescribe, dispense, or practice medicine, and does not provide medical advice. Prescriptions are written by independently licensed prescribers who retain clinical responsibility. Medications are compounded and dispensed by independently licensed 503A pharmacies under their own licenses, and the dispensing pharmacy is the merchant of record for the medication.
Telehealth access, where used, is optional and is provided by independent licensed prescribers.
Access
Access is granted by application. We verify credentials, licensure and exclusion status before an account can route anything, and we re-check on a schedule. We may decline or withdraw access.
You are responsible for the accuracy of what you submit, for keeping your credentials current, and for the security of your account.
Cash-pay only
The service is cash-pay. Pharity does not bill and does not support billing to insurance, Medicare, Medicaid, or Tricare. You agree not to use the service to submit or support such claims.
Fees and settlement
Clinics connect at no platform fee and partner pharmacies join at no platform fee. Optional layers and launch builds are quoted separately.
The clinic’s card on file is charged when the prescriber signs. What the pharmacy charges and what Pharity charges appear as separate line items on the same record. Pharmacies set their own catalog and pricing.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service to do anything unlawful, to misrepresent a prescriber or a patient, to circumvent screening or state licensure, or to interfere with the platform’s operation or security.
Records and audit
The platform writes a timestamped, attributable record of each state change. You may export the trail for orders your account is party to. You remain responsible for your own professional record-keeping obligations.
Availability
We work to keep the service available but do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Pharity is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and nothing in them alters the clinical responsibility of a prescriber or the dispensing responsibility of a pharmacy.
Changes
If we change these terms we will update the date at the top of this page.
