Privacy Policy
Last updated 26 August 2026.
This policy explains what Pharity collects, why, and what we do not do with it. It covers pharity.com and the Pharity platform.
Who we are
Pharity Health LLC provides technology and administrative services that coordinate prescribing, pharmacy routing, settlement, order tracking and record-keeping between wellness clinics and licensed 503A compounding pharmacies.
Pharity is not a pharmacy, a prescriber, a dispenser or a telehealth provider, does not practice medicine and does not provide medical advice.
What we collect
From this website. If you submit an application or contact us, we collect the details you give us: your name, your practice or pharmacy name, your work email, an optional phone number, your state, and anything you write in the message field.
From the platform. Clinics and partner pharmacies using Pharity submit prescription, order, licensure and settlement information in the course of using the service. Where that information includes protected health information, and where a business associate agreement is in place with the covered entity that provided it, we handle that information as a business associate under the terms of that agreement.
Automatically. Standard server logs, including IP address, browser type and the pages requested.
How we use it
To verify credentials, licensure and exclusion status before access is granted; to route orders to a pharmacy licensed in the relevant state; to settle payment and produce an itemized record; to maintain the audit trail; to provide support; and to meet our legal obligations.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not use protected health information for advertising.
Who we share it with
The licensed 503A pharmacy an order is routed to, so it can fill and ship it. Our service providers (hosting, payment processing, email delivery, and screening data sources) under contract and only as needed to run the service. And where we are required to by law.
HIPAA and business associate agreements
Pharity operates a HIPAA-aligned platform. A business associate agreement is available on request to covered entities using the service, and is put in place before we handle protected health information as a business associate.
Payment information
Card details are handled by our payment processor. Pharity does not store full card numbers. The dispensing pharmacy is the merchant of record for the medication; Pharity’s fee appears as a separate line.
Pharity is cash-pay only and does not bill or accept insurance, Medicare, Medicaid, or Tricare.
Retention
We keep records for as long as needed to provide the service and to satisfy the legal, professional and audit obligations that apply to prescription records. The audit trail is designed to be retained and exportable.
Your choices
You may ask us to access, correct or delete the information we hold about you, subject to the record-keeping obligations above. Where the information is protected health information held on behalf of a clinic, we will direct the request to that clinic.
Write to hello@pharity.com.
